8th Grade Volleyball
The Golden Hawks started the week with a rival match against the Fall Creek Falcons. The Hawks started strong in front of a packed house with Izzy Smith going on a 6 serve run to start the game. The Hawks played a very balanced game with Jane Moyer giving a good first contact to allow the offense to terminate. Elise Tebben assisted with the defense putting up a solid block limiting the Falcons shots. The Hawks had a dominating win 25-15 first set. Second set started with the same momentum for the Hawks. A few hiccups mid set held the Hawks back but they rallied back winning the second set 27-25. Jael Jackson led with 8 kills, Audri Smith and Kamryn Holt each had 3.
