Football
The 8th grade football team closed out their season last night with a 20-0 win over Fall Creek Junior High. Touchdowns were scored by Benton Williams, Carter Hackworth and Cam Kern. Noah Potts added 2 successful extra point kicks. The B Team also got the 12-0 win! Parker Anderson threw touchdown passes to Elijah Dorris and Sam Tutwiler. The 8th grade team had an outstanding season and finished as the County Runner up with a final record of 8-1. Congratulations to all of the players for a great season! Thank you to all of the cheerleaders for the work this season and a huge shout our to everyone who attended last night to support Riverside and show amazing school spirit!
Hat Day
$1.00 Hat Day is tomorrow. Have a favorite hat? Bring $1 to the hall outside the cafeteria Friday morning before 1st period. You pay, you wear your hat. You will have a bracelet to wear so teachers know who has paid. Money goes to the Wellness Department for new equipment.
